Lim Ying Xian loves film for the capability to glimpse into a multitude of worlds that crosses geography, time, culture, and such. She enjoys the process of visualizing a world that leaps off the paper. Graduating from King’s College London with a MA in Film Studies, she returned to Malaysia and joined the Greenlight Pictures, a local independent film production company. She had produced several projects including the Busan International Film Festival commissioned documentary Return to Nostalgia. My areas of interest spans food, films, immersive cinema and dance.
