Moving pictures are important because it shows images performing in ways they normally shouldn’t.

1) New film KOLAM (POOL) invited to International Competition and World Premiere at HAMBURG INT'L SHORT FILM FESTIVAL, and for North American premiere at the TORONTO INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL (Wavelengths International programme).

2) DEBUT FEATURE: My debut feature film script was 1 of 11 scripts selected worldwide for the Script Clinic at the Berlinale Film Festival in Feb 2007. I was also part of the Berlin Talent Campus.

3) Completed feature documentary DI ANTARA CAHAYA (IN BETWEEN LIGHT) about experimental films in Indonesia, supported the The Ford Foundation (USA). Completed in Feb 2007.

4) TUESDAY BE MY FRIEND, the short film i showed at AFA 2006 was invited to International Competition at TAMPERE INT'L SHORT FILM FESTIVAL.

5) In preproduction for debut feature to be shot in early 2008 and finished by 2009.

6) 2 short films (one of which is funded by a Canadian arts council) and 1 feature documentary in pre-production (funded by the Malaysian film council).
