I graduated in Computer Science and initially, worked as a multimedia programmer before joining a small graphic design studio. Then I went on to work in television for some time on a popular political satire series in New Delhi Television. Now, I am completing my Post Graduate Diploma in Cinema with specialization in Film Editing from Satyajit Ray Film and Television Institute of India. I have been editing films for the last couple of years and have thoroughly enjoyed the ride.

My recent documentary film 'An Actor Prepares' was part of International Competition at Cinema du Reel 2007 and 'I'm the very Beautiful', was shown at the Karachi Film Festival. My first film was 'Baba Black Beard' a short fiction that got the silver conch at the Mumbai International Film Festival, 2006. I have been educated and brought up in New Delhi, though my family comes from the South Indian state of Kerala.
