Nayab Tahira is a film/tv graduate from National College of Arts of Lahore, Pakistan. Her thesis film "Kashmakash" has won "Best Film" and “Best Original Background Score" awards at Filums International Film Festival 2013. Her magnum opus is a Feature Length conceived, written and directed by her. She aims on highlighting women's issues and has a Neorealistic approach towards her films.
