A graduate in Film and Television, Shahrukh Shah studied Filmmaking at the National College of Arts Lahore in Pakistan. He was one of the 300 artists at the Berlinale Talents 2014. He worked as a cinematographer and recently as an associate director for feature films and documentaries. He also worked at the BBC as a cinematographer. In 2012, Shahrukh Shah was nominated for Best Cinematography at the Filums International Film Festival for his work in Virgin Pot.
