A producer and director, Asmita Shrish founded a UK-based production company called Anahata Visions and Films and produced several films, including Auntie Ganga, Kaloo School, and Beyond the Burqa, which were screened at numerous film festivals around the world. She has earned her master's degree in Graphic Arts and Animation from the University of Gloucestershire and a Documentary Certificate from National Film and Television School in Beaconsfield, Britain.
