Born in the warm coastal region of Penang, Malaysia, Lee served as a cinematographer and gaffer during his studies at the Motion Picture Department of NTUA in Taiwan. Lee now continues his pursuit there as a cinematographer. His latest short film as a cinematographer, Kampung Tapir, was selected for the Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Festival, Singapore International Film Festival, and Taipei Film Festival. He’s worked in the camera and electrical department of more than 30 film productions including documentaries, short films, commercials and music videos.
