Ashma Pokharel, a film graduate (specialized in film editing) from Nepal, has been working at the Oscar International College, College of Film Studies for the past 8 years. She has participated in multiple national and international film and documentary workshops. Ukras Sveta (2015), a documentary shot during the Interaction & Interdoc 2015 in Serbia, won the Golden Medal at the Belgrade Documentary and Short Film Festival 2016. Jerusalem If I Forget You (2017), another documentary she directed as part of the Jerusalem Film Workshop 2017 in Jerusalem, Israel, had its premiere screening at the Jerusalem Film Festival 2017. After creating the documentary film 4 Hours (2018), she is currently developing a short film to make her directorial debut in fiction.
