I am presently a student of Satyajit Ray Film and Television Institute, India. I dabbled in many professions before this but could never deny the gnawing feeling in my gut that something was sorely missing. And upset guts can give you countless sleepless nights!! Well, I still don't sleep easy, especially after watching a good film, the longing to be able to create something like that and the annoying paranoia of whether I can do it is enough to turn the calmest bloke into an insomniac!!

Films express what I have to say better than me, and my dream is that perhaps someday many more voices will find expression and resonate through me and my films.

My idea of a personal doomsday is when I no longer have anything to say.

My idea of filmmaking is that it is like a game of "Dumb charades", no matter how difficult the subject is, a good player will always find a way to convey it in such a way that irrespective of the audience's background, I.Q, E.Q. etc etc considerations, they always get it. It is the player's credit and the player's fault and I, want to be one hell of a player. Sigh! Long way to go….slow and steady……………..slow and........
