Chhin Sothea is a writer, director, and producer who has worked for BBC Media Action for the past 4 years. During these times, he has produced and directed a number of TV series including the ground-breaking and award winning, Loy9 and Love9 series. Besides working for BBC Media Action, he is also an independent filmmaker. His first film, Down This Road, premiered at the Cambodia International Film Festival in 2014 and went over to ASEAN International Film Festival and Award in 2015. His first short film as a director, Ed Chay reached the final stages of the prestigious TropFest festival and won the Audience Choices Award in 2015.
