Noorahaya graduated from Chulalongkorn University with a degree in Film and Still Photography. During her study, she produced several short films which were awarded in the Thai Short Film and Video Festival 2015 and 2016. She also directed her graduation film Hello Again (2016) which won the Distinguished Prize at the Young Thai Artist Award 2016. She started her professional life as a post producer at White Light Studio. She worked closely with experienced filmmakers in Thai on international features including Call Me by Your Name (2017), Pop Aye (2017), By the Time It Gets Dark (2016), and Interchange (2016). Later in 2017, she was awarded the Erasmus Mundus scholarship to attend Kino Eyes: The European Movie Masters with a specialization in Producing. After completing her master’s degree in Portugal, Scotland and Estonia, she is now based in Thailand, collaborating with Thai filmmakers to develop fiction and documentary projects.
